There are many food crops that aren’t typically grown commercially in south Georgia/north Florida that can do well on a small scale. This talk will review the speaker’s experience growing and eating several of these crops. Information about where to get stock/seed/plants, how to grow them without using pesticides, how to prepare and store them, and how they taste will be provided.
